Want Fun? Think you outgrew trampolines when you hit your teens? Think again! Not only does jumping on a bouncy surface make you feel energized and uplifted, it elevates the heart rate, fatigues the muscles in my lower body, and makes you super sweaty. Its a fun way to add fitness to your pole dancing or boxing routine
Boxing is a great aerobic exercise. Boxing gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
It strengthens bones and muscles, burn calories, increases fitness and above all lifts the mood.
Aerial gymnastics, whether its pole dancing, silk or hoop is a fun way to get fitness in to your life fast. Learning gravity defying moves will give you a real sense of achievement as opposed to traditional gym based workouts, leaving you looking forward to your next class rather than dreading the monotony of weights or a treadmill.
Exercise with your kids or just watch in admiration as they throw their bodies around the studio.
Whether its Silks, Hoop, FeetUp or Pole fitness (formally pole dancing) they will not only love it but it will exhaust them for the rest of the day!
Stretching is as important for your body as fitness & exercise. It keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. Paramount from Pole Dancing to Boxing.
Its your hour, so you descide what area of fitness!
